Guests including minors must not come to the event if they are experiencing fever or any COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 and are under isolation orders, or have had close contact with anyone who is confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19. Agreement: By attending or participating in the 2022 Spring Garden Tour activities, you agree to comply with the check-in process and procedures and assume all risk of injury, harm, or loss associated with COVID-19 related disease, including the risks of COVID-19 exposure or transmission. By attending or participating in The 2022 Spring Garden Tour  activities, you also expressly waive any rights you may have against and release the Inspired Garden Artistry LLC., and any of its officers, employees, affiliates, volunteers, contractors, agents, successors, or assigns from any and all claims, suits, demands, losses, damages, expenses, or liability of any kind, including but not limited to illness, injury, or death associated with infection of COVID-19 that may be caused by, arising out of, or related to attendance at or participation in The 2022 Spring Garden Tour activities or events.
